Booking Confirmations
All taxi bookings are considered confirmed only after our reservation desk has verified vehicle availability and sent a confirmation message via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email containing the driver's contact details and vehicle registration number.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We offer free cancellations up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may attract a cancellation fee to compensate the driver for fuel and travel time to the pickup point.
